  4. BOOKING CONFIRMATION/SERVICE VOUCHER WILL BE ISSUED UPON DOWN PAYMENT AS PROOF OF RESERVATION.
  5. RESERVATION FEE, DOWN PAYMENT, BOOKING FEE, FULL PAYMENT OF BALANCE, (ALL PAYMENTS MADE) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REBOOKABLE, NON-REROUTABLE, & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  6. ANY UNUSED PART OR IN FULL OF THIS BOOKING SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  7. IN THE CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE: REBOOKING IS ALLOWED BUT SUBJECT TO APPROVAL, AVAILABILITY, AND RATE DIFFERENCE OF THE SAME AIRLINE, TOUR OPERATOR, AND HOTEL SUPPLIER, REFUND & REROUTING ARE NOT AN OPTIONS.
