DAY 1: MANILA – DUBAI – WARSAW
DAY 2: WARSAW (X,X,D), Arrival in Warsaw via EK 179 28SEP DXBWAW 0810 1215, Embark on a soul-enriching journey through the heart of Europe, as we explore the sacred sites of Divine Mercy in Warsaw and Budapest, blending profound spiritual experiences with the beauty of cultural discovery. Welcome to Warsaw. After clearing immigration, collect your luggage and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Warsaw City Tour (with tour manager): Palace of Culture, St. John’s Cathedral, Garden of Lazienski Palace, Ghetto Memorial, Royal Route, The Old Town. The Royal castle. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY 3: WARSAW – BERLIN (B,X,D), Breakfast at hotel, After breakfast, travel to Poznan, situated in western Poland on the Warta River, boasts a charming old town with Renaissance-style buildings in the Old Market Square. The town’s iconic Poznan Town Hall houses the Historical Museum, known for its quirky clock with mechanical goats. On Ostrów Tumski island, visitors can admire the Gothic and baroque architecture of Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral. After Poznan proceed to Berlin for overnight. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY 4: BERLIN – PRAGUE (B,X,D), Breakfast at hotel, Berlin, Germany’s vibrant capital, offers rich history, culture, and land marks like the Brandenburg Gate, alongside diverse neighborhoods and museums. Berlin City Tour (with tour manager). Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, The Berlin Wall (walking orientation), Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz. DAY 6: VIENNA (B,X,D), Breakfast at hotel, Spend the entire day exploring the wonders of Vienna City Tour (with tour manager): Stage Opera House, Museum of Natural History and Contemporary Arts, Belvedere Palace (optional entrance), Prater Amusement Park (walking orientation), The Schonbrunn Palace. St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Vienna, Free afternoon. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY7: VIENNA – BRATISLAVA (B,X,D), Breakfast at hotel, Proceed to Bratislava, with a shopping stop at Parndorf Outlet. Bratislava City Tour (with tour manager): Opera House, House of Reduta, Main Square (walking orientation). Old Town Hall, Biela Street (walking orientation), Michalska Gate. DAY8: BRATISLAVA-WADOWICE-KATOWICE (B,X,D), Breakfast at hotel, In the morning, drive to Wadowice, birthplace of Pope John Paul II, to visit his family home and the Basilica of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Then continue 1 hour to Katowice. Holy Father John Paul II Family Home, Wadowice Katowice City Tour (with tour manager): Stroll along Ulicka Mariacka, visit St. Mary’s Church and make a photo stop at the Silesian Parliament (subject of timing according to group time pace). DAY9: KATOWICE-OSWIECIM-WIELICZKA-KRAKOW (B,X,D), Breakfast at hotel, Proceed to Oswiecim, Poland. Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau. The Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birk commemorates Holocaust victims with preserved barracks, gas chambers, and exhibitions detailing the atrocities of the largest Nazi concentration and extermination camp. Before arrival in Krakow, proceed to visit Wieliczka, Poland. Wieliczka Salt Mine, guided tour. Final drive for today of one hour to reach Krakow for dinner and overnight. DAY10: KRAKOW – CZESTOCHOWA (B,X,D), Breakfast at hotel. This day proceed to Czestochowa to visit the Jasna Gora Monastery, renowned for the Black Madonna icon. Monastery Jasna Gora, Czestochowa, guided tour. Krakow City Tour (with tour manager): Shrine of the Divine Mercy, Courtyard of the Jagiellonian University, Old Town. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY11: KRAKOW-SLOVAKIA- BUDAPEST (B,X,D), Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. Banská Bystrica is significant for Catholic pilgrims, home to the Cathedral of St. Francis Xavier, a historic site of faith and devotion. After the pilgrimage devotion, proceed to Budapest.
